About Us
Palmetto Fine Arts, LLC is owned and operated by a Newberry, SC native Thomas Carl (TC) Bowers. The gallery was established in 2004 as a limited liability company to service the art and custom picture framing needs of Chapin and the many surrounding areas. The gallery does all its work "in-house." Your artwork never leaves the gallery. All our supplies are delivered to us weekly to allow us to complete your order as timely as possible, usually within a week or 10 days in most cases. Every frame is handmade and we absolutely stand behind each work of art we complete.
We take pride in providing the best quality for the most economical price around. We carry mouldings by venders known around the world for their quality and reliability; companies such as The Palmetto Group, Omega Moulding, Larson-Juhl and Roma Mouldings. The same applies for the matting. We use matting from the industry leaders in art preservation, Crescent and Bainbridge matt board companies. We can provide these world famous venders for our price due to our low advertising budget. While our competitors spend thousands on print ads, we simply provide you with an honest price from the start and keep our budget low.

To place an order simply use the "Add to Cart" Button located under the print you wish to purchase then check out with the shopping cart. This is a secure check-out powered and maintained by Pay Pal, Inc. All payments are managed by Pay Pal and we never see your credit card or banking information.

Orders will be fulfilled upon approval of payment and typically takes from one to two weeks to arrive at your doorstep.
As always, please remember, we deal in Limited Edition Fine Art Prints. When an edition is Sold Out it is no longer available. We will contact you if we have any problems in fulfilling your order and make any alterations needed.
